La Llorona

Cempasuchil the flower of November!

Did this to start celebrating November, with a classic tale of Mexico, her name  is “ La Llorona” she is something like a soul in pain and sorrow that cries every night for her kids, although in my version the facts change as follows: She has just show her happy tears for been now death and also united with all her love ones! That after all that is what the “Day of Death” it is all about ,happiness and joy!

 This was the beginning of my new calendar project,  that goes to be a collaborated  effort with other artist as well in Mexico, and students on digital illustration fields, this group it´s called: “2 DragonsOneMonkey” finds us adding: .wordpress.com” , and we just love to share the traditions and joyful colors from Mexico traditions, that they inspire us every year,  and we do it with you guys with something a bit more fresh from our happy imagination !
